Returns:

Returns and refunds are possible under certain circumstances. To initiate a return, please adhere to the following terms: Physical/ Paperback Books: If you wish to return a physical book, please do so within 3 days of delivery, at your own cost. Digital Contents ( eBooks/Online Tests ): Non-Refundable Please note that all returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

To proceed with the return process, follow the below-mentioned steps:

2. You will receive an email explaining the complete return process and initiating the same for your order. In the return process against cancellation of order (in special cases), the shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be made for the product cost only.
3. After receiving this email, ship the product(s) to the address as informed to you. The courier cost incurred in returning the process will be borne by customers only.
4. We would process your refunds within 2 weeks of receipt of the returned products. The amount will be refunded in the same account with which order was made.
